I strive to make my lessons both full of passion yet challenging. I believe that anyone has the potential to achieve As/A*s and I am dedicated to making you realise this through my teaching methods which emphasise understanding and applying concepts first before memorisation.
I will delve into the mindset and psychology you need to succeed as a student and teach you learning methods that are suited to your strengths (e.g visualisation , Feynman technique, Pomodoro, 20/80 flashcards, blank recall etc...)
My prowess is evidenced by my past mentoring roles (GCSE maths mentor and A-level mentor) where I helped my student understand concepts such as logarithms and indices rules. I have set up a tutoring workshop in China which helped Chinese children learn English.
Lessons will last 1-2 hours and can be done multiple times per week if desired. My lessons are aimed at GCSE and A-level maths/bio/chem students.
