About Max
Hi, I'm Max Nilsson. Having recently sat my A Level exams and achieved results good enough to send me to Loughborough University to study finance, I am in a position to help others achieve what I did while studying at Coombe Wood School for GCSE before progressing to Whitgift School for my A Level studies. My aim is to pass on what some of my best teachers taught me about getting through difficult topics and manoeuvring through the tricky modern curriculum that I had to work out myself.

Backed by my 9 in GCSE and A level maths/further maths, I aim to teach students how I personally want to be taught, focusing on breaking down the 'why' rather than purely focusing on the end result.
Starting with a quick warm-up and review of previous material, followed by the bulk being interactive learning introduced in bite-sized chunks and then active problem solving moving easily through material that would otherwise be challenging.
Whether the student is working through KS3 building core skills or
GCSE aiming for 7-9, my pacing and teaching style will be tailored to each and every individual and how they will learn best.
