About Iris
At GCSE, English Literature was something I always enjoyed and I love analysing texts from different angles. However, it was only in Year 11 that things finally began to click and I fully understood what was required to reach the top grades. I would love to help others reach their goals and understand this subject.

I am a passionate reader and student, and received a grade 9 (155/160) at GCSE. I currently study English Language, French and Psychology at A-Level, all of which are essay subjects and have helped to refine my essay technique. A love for literature is something that I hope to inspire in other people, and through the lessons I aspire to create a friendly atmosphere where the student feels able to ask about any queries. I will adapt my lessons to suit each child's needs, whether that be understanding texts or essay technique.
