About Kayla
I am Kayla, a bubbly yet mature A level pupil. I am patient and enthusiastic, making sure that work is done but also ensuring it is as fun as possible. As I am young and have had tuition myself, I can offer a different perspective that helps them understand the significance and value of tuition, motivating and encouraging them to thrive for success. I see the potential in every student of mine and have the patience and adaptability skills to help my pupils grow but also have an enjoyable experience.

My job as a tutor has given me the ability to break down topics and adapt my methods to ensure that children have a clear understanding of what I'm teaching them. This understanding is reinforced by routine practice questions that allow me to see the extent of the child's understanding, and constantly evaluate my teaching style so it's specific to each student and enables them to succeed. I achieved A's and A*'s across my GCSEs so I have a good understanding of the curriculum as well as currently working at a tuition centre where my teaching skills have been fostered. I currently work with children ranging from 5-15 and would like to keep my lessons targeted towards that demographic, spanning around one hour.
