About Hannah
I currently work as a civil servant, whilst having achieved a 1st class degree in Mathematics. In my spare time I aim to use the skills I have learnt in my degree to assist students in reaching their mathematical potential. Alongside my university degree I tutored students of varying ages, offering them support in order to maximise their results in exams or improve their mathematical skills. In 2021 I will be starting my official training to become a secondary school mathematics teacher.

My teaching method is initially identifying the students strengths and weaknesses, if they do not know of a particular area they wish to focus on. Through using various aids such as worksheets and practice tests I look to guide students through questions of varying difficulty. Starting with working through each question together until they build confidence, and then marking through their work with them to highlight where they have gone wrong and can improve.
