About Maxwell
I currently serve as director of a marketing company. I have progressed from a sales representative position to a marketing director position after serving in different types of businesses and levels. I have conducted lecturers in universities and professional institutes In Sri Lanka, USA and Canada as a pert time lecturer for the last 20 years. I have taught different management related courses with a specialization in marketing. I have always received high evaluations for my teaching from students as mix my academic knowledge and practical experience in conducting lecturers.

I use a learner centered teaching method. I facilitate students to learn the subject by guiding them, directing them and providing them resources. I create a live learning environment in my class by discussing case studies, holding seminars and interactive sessions. I motivate all students become seekers of knowledge and to participate actively in the classroom sessions. I let students work as groups and collaborate with each other in finding answers to issues given.
