About Rajnandini
Hi, I’m Rajnandini – a professionally trained actor and a passionate fitness enthusiast. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of performing on some of the most prestigious stages, but my journey of movement and discipline began long before that. My love for fitness started back in 2015, when I first applied for Miss India. The following year, I was selected from Assam to represent in Miss Diva, Mumbai. That chapter of my life introduced me to the world of physical training, and since then, the gym has been my second home. But it didn’t stop there. As my journey continued, I found myself drawn to the deeper connection between the body and the mind. That’s when yoga entered my life. Through yoga, I began to understand and respect the delicate balance of strength, stillness, discipline, and mindfulness. It was no longer just about the body—it became about alignment, awareness, and inner strength. This course is a reflection of everything I’ve learned so far. It’s not just a yoga class. It’s a holistic movement experience—where the fluidity of asanas, the mental clarity of mindfulness, and the power of strength training come together. Learned Yoga from The Yoga Institute Mumbai, I aspire to inculcate discipline and healthy living among everyone. I have been working out at the gym for more than 10 years now and eating healthy fuels me. It changed my behavior and relationships as well. Everything is linked! From small movements to lifting weights everything will be included in my class. As the classes go I will add combinations of gym routine as well from the comfort of your homes. Meditation, breathing meditation, asana, yoga nidra, pranayama will be covered on a regular basis.
