About DS
I am an Ex - Service Man served in Indian Air Force for 15 years. Yoga Practitioner practicing Yoga for last 20 years. YCB Certified "Yoga Teacher & Evaluator". Also Certified by Sri Sri Yoga. With knowledge of Patanjali Yoga Sutras/Ashtanga yoga, Teaching Yoga regularly to yoga lovers & specifically to Central Government Officers. Addressing specific ailments such as Diabetes, Asthma, Joint pain, back pain and hypertension. Yoga is a way of life necessary to lead stress free, healthy life. My aim is to guide yoga lovers to do yoga regularly as per their own abilities and limitations.

The classes are intended for all yoga lovers. Will cover warm up, Sookshma/Sthoola Vyayam, Standard asanas, Surya Namaskar with /without Mantra, Various pranayamas & meditation as per one's own physical ability/ limitations. Specific yoga to prevent /cure diseases like diabetes, asthma, back pain, joint pain, hypertension etc. will be covered as per one’s physical requirement.
