About Meghana
I am a certified yoga trainer who is a Gold medalist in Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy for Health Disorders.
I teach hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama and through my classes you will learn the adjustment and alignment of body in yoga postures along with improving your general fitness, flexibility, immunity, relief from stress and body pains.

1 hour yoga class starts with some warm-up, then Surya Namaskara and followed by asana practice, ending with Shavasana. I tell you correct alignment of postures and benefits of each asana on your body and mind with Pranayama included in some sessions. My class caters to those who are new to yoga and also to regular practitioners. I adjust my teaching speed and difficulty level of asanas based on the capability of students, as I teach and observe each one of you as you progress in learning. Classes are intended for age group of 12-50.
