About Julia
I am a Hatha Yoga teacher passionate about "better-being" and natural sciences. I have been officially teaching in France and abroad for 1 year thanks to my Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda training carried out in India in 2019 (Yoga Alliance certified training). Apart from the physical discipline of yoga, I practice different activities related to self-accomplishment and the world around us: gardening (permaculture), herbal medicine, lithotherapy (mineral medicine), music, ...

I take particular attention in the transmission of traditions and the development of personal fulfillment. My courses are structured according to the needs / requests of each and adapted to all levels. The whole thing is about having fun and above all feeling good! The general structure of a course is as follows:
- Brief meditation and / or traditional song and / or quotes / Intention - Breathing exercise
- Warm-up / Sun salutations (or Moon salutations)
- Postures: work on a sequence or a posture or Vinyasa Flow
- Resting time: Shavasana / yoga Nidra / traditional song / meditation / breathing exercise

J’ai testé les cours de yoga avec Julia et je me suis régalée ! Julia a accompagné chacun de façon personnalisée. J’ai trouvé beaucoup d’harmonie dans sa façon d’enseigner, entre les enchaînements de postures, la respiration, l’ouverture vers la méditation. Un très beau moment qui fait du bien ! Merci

Julia est une grande professeur de yoga en devenir, très pédagogue, patiente et surtout talentueuse ! J'ai plusieurs fois eu la chance de m'y initier grâce à elle, j'en garde une très heureuse et enrichissante expérience. Elle saura vous faire découvrir cette belle discipline et pour les plus expérimentés, vous accompagner sur des séances toujours plus sportives et aussi spirituelles. Je vous la recommande !

I have the will to make yoga possible for all. 20€ is the price for everybody, every level and for 1 hour class. However I highly recommend classes of an hour and a half (25€) that really allow more comfort to work.
Video chat classes are possible all around the world.
