About Parvandh
I am a working professional and have played Taekwondo for India at various global tournaments, including Olympic Channels. I have had the privilege of being mentored by two world-renowned sports psychologists and hope to share these insights not just for sport but for all areas in life.

I currently have multiple clients who are reaping the benefits of slowly transitioning to a growth mindset and realizing their potential in different pursuits. I like to take it slow and keep it interactive as the matters of the mind cannot be rushed. I prefer to consider real-life cases as opposed to just sticking to theory as it makes the matter more relatable to all.
