About B S
I was a weak child, uncourageous, and not worthy of anything. Children used to make fool of me. I used to fall ill for nearly 8 to 9 months a year because of acute asthmatic, used to survive on penicillin injections. Now after spending 49 years in learning and teaching different martial arts, I won four National Gold medals and represented India in the 8th Asian Taekwondo championship and my students have bagged 156 Medals, out of which were 87 Gold, 39 Silver, and 30 Bronze medals, and is still on. I took martial arts as a profession because I thought I may possibly save a life by teaching as many people as possible to protect themselves and giving people a sense of power in their lives by helping them develop their physical and mental potential through Fitness and Self-Defense. So if you want a change in life, take the class from a person who transformed himself from a weak child to a champion.

This seminar is dedicated to everyone who was ever violated and didn’t fight back - because you didn’t know how, you were scared, you feared you would be hurt worse, or you thought it was your fault. It wasn’t your fault. It’s important that you survived. And it’s safe to learn how to resist now.
After the Workshop, you will be safer ️. You are going to have greater confidence , a deepened commitment to your own safety, and a sense of pride that you are doing what you need to do to take care of yourself ️. You can stand up for yourself at work, and recover on a deeper level from past experiences of violence.️
Based on proven strategies and techniques worldwide, is both practical and immediately applicable for men , women , and teens regardless of previous experience.
You will learn to perform these skills:
Assess your surroundings, notice warning signs, and remove yourself from potential harm.
Use the power of your own voice to prevent an attack.
Recognize warning signs of violence by strangers and acquaintances.
Free yourself from an assailant’s grip.
Develop an arsenal of strikes, kicks and defence techniques for countering physical attacks.
Defend yourself against weapon attacks and multiple attackers.
Don’t live in fear!
