This is the third attempt to learn swimming, and finally, I found someone who really understands why we float, what matters, and what one really needs to focus on in order to learn to swim. I am a beginner and found Lokesh Sir, who, despite having achieved so much fame in Haryana through his achievements, has been very humble and is always focused on what we need to do in order to stay afloat and learn swimming.

My age is 43, but I have been feeling much more confident even with a limited flexible body and low stamina and strength.

For any age group, I would recommend Lokesh Sir, as it is worth having such a teacher whose fundamentals of swimming are so clear.
