About Mireia
I am a Teacher with a Master in Performance from the University of Leeds, with a degree in Music and Creative Studies from Bangor University. I have being working as both piano and Spanish teacher 6 years now. The majority of those lessons have been face to face, but recently the online lessons have been working great too! So if you cannot do face to face, absolutely no worries! We'll manage just fine.

I work based on what the student needs, trying to focus in what they like always makes them feel happy and confident about their learning skills. We would start with a small conversation in English or Spanish and later moving on the more technical part of the language: writing and oral communication, both expression and comprehension. Depending of your level we will work based in an exercise book we both agree on, or following guidelines I would make specially for you.

Perfect! Mireia is a very good tutor. She is enthusiastic, explains grammar and usage of Spanish very clearly, and makes the lesson fun. Conversation is easy and, thanks to her passion for teaching, as a learner you want to do more. She has excellent material to back up and demonstrate grammar and vocabulary. I look forward to further lessons with her. I recommend her strongly.

Mireia was my piano tutor for two years before she moved to Leeds. I didn't realise at the time, but now that Ive got a new tutour, I realise how amazing she was with me.
I'm very much an introvert with fear of embarrassing myself. Yet, she managed to not only make me feel comfortable around her company, but to also enjoy it. She was really supportive when I struggled and didn't make me feel like a failure if I took longer than other students to understand a concept.
