I help with teaching Python and Data Science at General Assembly in London. I am an industry professional with the latest best practices for programming in Python. I have a PhD in Mathematics, and enjoy learning about the latest technologies used in industry, and how to access them using Python.

Each feature of Python is best learnt by responding to a problem that is solved by that feature. We will learn Python by building self-contained programs, and introduce each feature of Python when they are useful to us.
You will own your programs, and we will push them to GitHub where you will be able to showcase your skills to employers/clients.
To take the learning further, you will be able to choose the subject area that we focus on, which could be tools required for data science, for web APIs, for automated testing, or even for computer games!
