• 1) Can you tell us about your first experience using a computer?

  My first experience using a computer was when I was a kid. I remember playing around with simple drawing tools and being fascinated by how I could create something on screen that felt so dynamic compared to paper. It was that sense of immediate creativity that got me hooked. Later, as I began to explore more complex tools like design software, I realized the potential computers had for creativity and storytelling. That early experience sparked my passion for technology and design, which led me to where I am today.

• 2) What is the technological evolution that has marked you most and what will be, in your eyes, a turning point in this field?

  The rise of no-code platforms like Webflow and Framer has definitely been the most impactful technological evolution for me. It's transformed the way designers work, making it possible to take full control of both the creative and technical sides of a project. You no longer need to rely on a developer to bring your vision to life-you can design and build simultaneously. The next turning point, I believe, will be AI's deeper integration into design tools. As AI evolves, it will empower designers to streamline workflows, making personalization and optimization more seamless while maintaining creative control.

• 3) Explain your expertise, your interest in it and, more broadly, its importance in the computer world.

  I specialize in brand and web design, particularly through no-code tools like Framer and Webflow. What I love about this field is the way it bridges creativity with technology. The challenge is always to translate a brand's identity into an interactive and visually compelling experience. In today's digital world, a company's online presence is often the first touchpoint with its audience, making effective web design essential. It's not just about aesthetics-it's about user experience, accessibility, and creating intuitive digital environments that feel engaging and seamless.

• 4) Do so-called 'visionaries,' such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and Mark Zuckerberg inspire you or do you have other role models?

  While I admire visionaries like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates for their innovation, I tend to find more inspiration in the creative leaders of design, like Dieter Rams or Jony Ive. They approached technology with an emphasis on simplicity, functionality, and beauty. What's inspiring about their work is how they put the user at the center of every decision. For me, it's less about building the next big thing and more about creating experiences that are thoughtful, intuitive, and enjoyable.

• 5) Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

  During my school days, I was always the go-to person for designing posters and branding for different events. One time, I volunteered to redesign the school's website, which at the time was a basic, outdated platform. This was before I had any formal experience in web design, but I taught myself the necessary tools and built something far beyond what was expected. That experience taught me the power of self-learning and gave me confidence that I could turn my passion for design into a career.

• 6) What would you say to an uncomfortable person in front of a screen who says that "IT is too complicated"?

  I'd tell them that it's all about perspective and breaking things down into manageable steps. A lot of times, people get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information, but technology, like any skill, can be learned gradually. Start with the basics and take one step at a time. There are plenty of intuitive tools out there that are designed to simplify the process. Webflow and Framer, for example, allow people to build complex websites without needing to know how to code. You just have to be open to learning and experimenting.

• 7) What are your other passions, related or non-related to computers?

  Beyond design and technology, I'm passionate about photography and travel. Living in Barcelona gives me constant inspiration, and I love capturing the culture and architecture through my lens. Traveling helps me see the world from different perspectives, which feeds back into my design work. I also enjoy surfing-it's a great way to disconnect from screens and be fully present in nature. I believe having creative outlets outside of work is crucial for maintaining fresh ideas and avoiding burnout.
