I’ve known Karina for a year now and her classes have been such a powerful tool for me to connect with my body. You can truly feel how much care she puts into the space, she explains the benefits of the asanas and has the most lovely tone when guiding, also she’s always expanding her knowledge to be sure she’s more and more prepared. Would totally recommend to get the experience of practicing with such a wholehearted teacher!

I’m melting in bliss after Karina’s Yin Yoga. She offered restorative postures I have never experienced that really helped release some deep held tension and bring more mobility to my spine and shoulder socket. I felt my body and nervous system relax more and more as the class progressed and then Karina ended the class with a sound healing. I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed whilst feeling my blood/chi moving so freely from all the postures she offered. Would definitely take again and recommend!!!

Karina was super attentive and very skillful in her cues, I really loved taking classes with her… unfortunately my work hours changed and I had to stop, but I really miss starting each morning with her practices! I recommend her to anyone wanting to practice yoga.
