Last month, I joined the 11-day Surya Namaskar workshop by Meena mam, and it was such a great experience!

It was very effective for building strength and supporting my weight loss journey. On the first day, she patiently taught us the basics, explaining each asana step by step to ensure we did them correctly. From the second class onward, we started with 6 rounds, gradually increasing every day. By the end of the workshop, I could complete 35+ rounds with improved stamina and confidence.
