I my self have lost 27 to 28 kgs in a year and half doing gym workouts and maintaining my diet. I have done excessive research on fatloss, workout techniques and full wellness of the body.

I have been fat and I have been obese. I was 116 kgs when I started my journey and I brought it down to 88kgs. I know what it's like to be fat and I know how it is to be fit. I believe that constant support, knowledge and through consistency anybody can transform and change their bodies. It probably will be the toughest thing you do but I assure you I will be there every step of the way.
