About Folake
I'm a law student, dancer and model. I am soon to attain my LLB in Law. Worked as a professional dancer for Eight (8) years. tutored ladies and Children on the art of Choreography for five (5) years mostly for wedding events.

I base my classes on 5 point orderly steps.
1. Select the particular style of dance to be learned for the day: sometimes, the choice is open to the students,this gives room for excitement as they learn something very familiar to them.
2. Watch Videos: Human beings are visual creatures, we are often moved by what we see,especially those more inclined to the arts. showing videos of what will be learned during the course of the class helps build enthusiasm and gives students a pictorial idea of what to expect.
3. Warm up: We undergo a 10 minute warm up exercise before the tutorial to help prepare the body for the rigorous body movements that follow. This helps keep every student in very good shape,before and after the class.
4. Lessons (choreography): The dance routine for the day is taught.
5. Practice: This helps students remember routines which have been earlier taught.
