About Som
Hi, I’m Som, and I’d love to be your tutor. Teaching, for me, is not just about explaining topics — it’s about connecting with students, understanding how they think, and helping them learn in a way that actually makes sense to them. Over the past two years, I’ve worked with school students across different grades, teaching subjects like Math, Science, social science, Hindi, and English. If you’ve ever felt that the classroom moves too fast, or that you “almost got it but not quite,” you’re not alone — and that’s exactly where I come in. How I teach: I explain concepts patiently, using simple examples. I never move ahead until you feel confident. I don’t just prepare you for exams — I make sure you actually understand the topic. I use a mix of Hindi and English, based on what you’re most comfortable with. And most importantly, I treat your learning journey with respect — no pressure, no judgment. Each class usually begins with a quick recap, then we move into the main topic, solve problems together, and clear any doubts. I also guide you on how to approach questions smartly, manage time in exams, and stay consistent with study habits.
