Hi!
My name is Greg. I am a Law graduate who made a career change and am now working as an actor/writer in London. Despite my departure from academia, I still have a passion for the subjects I did at GCSE and A-Level, like Maths and English. I also have a passion for teaching and helping others, and would love to be able to help others fulfil their potential. :)

Hello! My name is Greg, I'm a law graduate who is passionate about teaching and helping students reach their potential.
I know how stressful exams can be, but whether it be a particular topic or just exam papers in general - I'm confident I can find the right way to help you achieve a grade to be proud of. My approach is specific to exams, however I think that a more holistic approach to a subject ensures not only an improvement in grades but also a more worthwhile learning experience.
Exam season can sometimes leave you feeling disillusioned, where everything becomes geared towards one exam paper and genuine learning is pushed to the side. It's my belief that learning why the answer is x, y or z rather than simply being told to remember that it is, serves to benefit a student inside the exam hall and also later in life. Using past papers as a guide can be a great way to improve, but if a specific topic is troubling you, we can always tackle it a different way.

I met Greg at university and we became quick friends. What struck me initially about Greg was how enthused he was about learning and discussing concepts with me. He is especially good at breaking down his ideas into digestible pieces, which is a very important skill for a Maths tutor. He is very organised and timely, whilst being kind, approachable and enthusiastic. He is an excellent listener and can understand different perspectives and approaches.
