The Tutor should have a lot of patience while teaching children, as each child is different from one other. Tutor should understand each student's ability and talent and motivate them to do further in their own field. It should be the tutor's job to go to each student individually and ask if they are good with study materials and understanding because not all students come out and ask doubts. It is the tutor's job to step into their shoes and understand why & what would be their problems. Students should be motivated by being rewarded for what or how small they achieve.
