About Matt
I’m Matt, a Mathematics and Computer Science graduate and a Trader at a leading global investment bank. I had converted my front-office summer internship into a full-time offer and have since rotated across both Fixed Income and Equities trading desks. I’ve been a Summer Intern Manager and have also been directly involved in the recruitment and selection process for internships and graduate programmes during my Analyst and Associate years. This experience has given me first-hand understanding of what hiring managers and HR teams genuinely look for during applications and interviews. Without disclosing any confidential or sensitive information, I’ll help you navigate the recruitment process with an insider’s perspective. To date, I’ve helped over 20 students secure internships and full-time roles, many of whom have successfully converted their internships into front-office offers in Global Markets (Sales, Trading, Structuring, or Quantitative roles).

Accelerated Boot-Camp — intensive support during peak recruitment periods. Sessions are designed to be interactive, with real-world examples, practical exercises, and insider tips. Each session is customised to your profile and career goals. Typical Lesson Length Lessons are typically 60 minutes, depending on the topic and depth of coverage. Longer workshops are available for mock assessments or application sprints.
