About Ming
I'm holding the Master degree and have been in Darwin for 7 months. My experience related with teaching and training are as follows:
1. I gave English lessons to 3-6 years old kids in Kindergarten for half year in China
2. I was a trainer for about 20 years in HR, to educate employees about policies, procedures, new employee orientation, leadership and so on.
3. I have been delivering the computer training to seniors in Darwin from this February.
4. I'm learning the Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care.

About the lesson

For kids, I use the TPR (Total Physical Response), meaning the kids move as they learn. They follow instructions, copy the movements and get their whole bodies involved when they practice language concepts. The hands-on material such as flashcards can be used as the kids are moving.
For Seniors, patience, communication and facilitation are the elements. Repeating with patience, and let them practice at their own pace are the great ideas.
