About Aisini
I am an experienced flute tutor with 10 years of teaching High School, College students, and adults, having successfully taught around 300 students. My teaching philosophy emphasises patience, encouragement, and personalised guidance, ensuring that each student progresses at their own pace while building skill and confidence.
I focus on tone, technique, rhythm, music theory, and performance skills, while also encouraging creativity and musical expression. Lessons are interactive, engaging, and designed to be both structured and fun. I encourage students to perform in concerts, recitals, school events, and competitions to gain experience and showcase their progress.
Many of my students have achieved remarkable milestones in their musical journey, and I take pride in seeing their growth. My goal is to create a positive, inspiring, and motivating learning environment where students can develop their musical abilities, gain confidence, and foster a lifelong passion for music.

My teaching approach for flute is clear, adaptable, and focused on practical learning. I begin by understanding each student’s musical background, learning style, and personal goals.
I explain flute techniques such as breathing, embouchure, finger movement, tone control, articulation, and rhythm in a simple and organised way. I maintain open communication so lessons remain interactive and effective.
I use real-life examples and musical case studies from performances and recordings to help students connect lessons with real musical experiences.
In addition to flute playing, I teach related subjects including music theory, rhythm training, ear training, scale development, sight reading, and basic improvisation. I also guide students on practice routines and performance confidence. My goal is to help students become confident, expressive, and well-rounded flute players.
