About Nat
Hello! Are you ready to learn about some great literature? My name is Nat. I'm a 22 year old English BA student at King's College London. As a private tutor, I help my tutees mostly with their essays and exam prep. However, I really enjoy teaching English Language non-native speakers too; my teaching style is flexible and easily adaptable to all. I usually tend to do 1-2hr sessions with my students. How I structure our lessons for GCSE and A-Level students: 1. You tell me which Specification and texts you're studying 2. I ask to see your school report and we assess your weaknesses 3. We figure the timeframe (weeks/months) in which we have to work 4. I prepare a PDF document and send it to you 24hrs before the session so you have time to print it out/look over before we use it in our time together 5. You email me any work you would like help with at least 24hrs before the session 6. We discuss, analyse and write together A* quality work For my non-native speakers wishing to learn the language: Hello! I am so pleased you have found my profile. I'm Nat, and I can't wait to meet you. Upon our first meeting, we shall assess how strong your knowledge of the English language is, and plan what we should begin with first. Perhaps you would just like to practise your speaking without someone fluent in English, or maybe you need explaining how to better structure your sentences. Each session we will read new passages of work, talk about them, practise our writing on them, and in the end we shall see just how far your ability in speaking, reading and writing in English shall improve.

- I have three years of tutoring experience behind me, with students ranging all across the world, some having been as young as 4 years old. - I take a very friendly, explanatory approach with my lessons. Our goal will be to have you prepped and ready for your exams, confident that you know your texts well and are able to discuss them in relation to other works of literature. - Lessons usually last for 1-2hrs, and in that time we hope to assess your weaknesses, make a plan of action, and work together on the exam/coursework material at hand. You can email me anytime, and I shall come to our lessons prepared to show you how to get those top marks. - I am flexible with my schedule, for our main goal will be for you to succeed. - At GCSE I received two 8 grades in my Literature and Language papers, and an A* in my English Literature A-Level. I am now on track for a 1st Class Honours Degree in English from KCL.

Nat is amazing and genuine teacher, who helped our son to love reading more. He was struggling with extended writing, therefore Nat was a blessing to us by encouraging and supporting him with this.
She is easy going and she can quickly find the way how to work individually with the pupil.
Highly recommended xI took lessons with Net for months, she helped me a lot in improving my English language. After completing the course I feel more confident to speak English fluently and communicate with people more effectively, she has a unique teaching style, and as I am not a native English speaker she was very patient with me and understanding, She has the ability to deliver information easily and clearly, Net is exceptionally gifted at making students feel comfortable and always maintaining a positive atmosphere.
