About Silvia

I am a doctor in Motor Science and I am studyng Adapter physical education for those that have physical problems. I gave lessons of fitness, pilates, Zumba, step, yoga, aerobic exercise and I am also a personal trainer. I always respect the time of my students.

About the lesson

I always ask to my student of there is a problem, so I can adapt the workout. People can send me messages durante the day, because I can help them of they need. I am very calm and I always listen my students.
