About Cambelle
I am currently studying a Master's of Criminology at Victoria University of Wellington. I completed NCEA with three excellence endorsements in psychology, while simultaneously completing a STAR course in Criminal Justice at the University of Canterbury. While most of my knowledge is in criminal justice and criminology, I have also studied sociology, media studies, and gender & sexuality studies at university level! I currently work as a Residential Advisor in Victoria University's Accommodation, and I have also been the class representative for Introduction to Criminology (CRIM111) and Criminal Psychology (CRIM217) so I believe I can support students well. I also have experience teaching children in kindergartens across New Zealand, so have skills in developmental learning. I am interested in tutoring, as I would love to work with young people in the future, and I am passionate about what I study :)

Because the subjects I tutor in are humanities and social sciences, a lot of my time goes towards essay planning and structuring. I can teach you how to properly analyze the assignment's question, and I can break it down into sections. This will make it easier to understand what the assignment is asking for, and you will end up with a more precise essay! I can tutor anyone from high school through to undergraduate depending on the subject. My tutor sessions are typically one hour long, although this can be tailored to your individual needs :)
