My approach to teaching guitar is practical, personalized, and focused on helping students play the music they actually enjoy. I combine learning songs with technique, music theory, improvisation, as well as ear training, depending on the student’s goals.
Lessons are typically 30 mins / 1 hour long, with the content adjusted to suit each student’s pace and ability.
I have 8 years of guitar-playing experience and 2 years of professional teaching experience, with experience teaching both electric and acoustic guitar across genres including Pop, Rock, Metal, Prog Metal, Funk, R&B, and Neo-Soul.
Lessons are suitable for beginners and intermediate players of all ages. Whether you’re picking up a guitar for the first time or looking to improve your existing skills, I’ll tailor lessons around your interests and goals.
