About Rupa
Outside of work, I am interested in learning about topics such as mental health, tarot and astrology. I love going for walks and listening to music, dancing in my room and playing the ukulele - occasionally I create content too! I also sing at my local choir and volunteer with Age UK as a Telephone Befriender. My MBTI, for those who are curious, is ENFP/INFP.

I'm Rupa, a First Class Honours Liberal Arts graduate from King's College London. With my 120-hour TEFL certification and extensive tutoring experience, I can improve your communication, confidence, and fluency, both within and outside workplace settings.
Currently, I specialise in Business English, General English, IELTS, and Academic English - but I can certainly adapt to whichever unique needs you encounter on your learning journey.
I know that learning and speaking in a new language can be stressful and anxiety-provoking, but my strong mental health training and experience mean that you will be supported as both a learner and an individual. I combine human warmth, curiosity and authenticity with honest error correction and valuable feedback.
Most importantly, I see teaching English as an art that can always be improved (just like learning it)! Thus, I'm always open to your constructive criticism or suggestions so I can better tailor lessons to your needs.
