About Arya
I’m currently on my gap year before heading to university to study Physiotherapy. At school, I studied A-Level Maths, a subject I’ve always been passionate about and proud. During my free time, I’m keen to teach and support children in maths, whether that’s helping with homework, building confidence, or preparing for exams. Because I’ve recently gone through GCSEs and A-Levels myself, I understand the challenges students face.

Teaching Methodology & Techniques As a recent A-Level Maths student, I know how tricky some concepts can feel when they’re first introduced. My approach is simple: break topics down into clear, manageable steps, explain them in a way that makes sense, and then work through practice questions together. I focus on building confidence by encouraging questions. Typical Lesson Length • Standard session: 45–60 minutes • Shorter sessions (for younger students or quick revision): 30 minutes Who the Lessons Are For • GCSE students who want extra help with (H/F) Maths • Younger learners (KS3/KS2) looking to strengthen their foundation before GCSEs
