About Rebekah
Hello, and welcome! I am an experienced educator and school leader with a strong track record of helping students achieve measurable academic growth. With years of experience in education — including serving as an assistant principal — I understand curriculum standards, assessment expectations, and the strategies that truly move students forward.
Throughout my career, I have worked with students across a wide range of ability levels. I have supported learners who needed to strengthen foundational skills, as well as high-achieving students aiming to reach advanced academic goals. My leadership experience allows me to quickly assess learning gaps, implement targeted interventions, and create structured plans that build both competence and confidence.
Professionalism, preparation, and clear communication are central to my approach. I come to every session organized, goal-oriented, and fully committed to my students’ success. I set high expectations while providing the guidance and encouragement necessary for students to meet — and often exceed — those expectations.
More than anything, I believe education should empower students. My goal is not only to help you master the material, but to help you develop the skills, discipline, and confidence needed to succeed independently.

My approach is structured, strategic, and student-centered. I begin by identifying each student’s strengths, skill gaps, and learning style through informal assessment and conversation. From there, I create a focused plan tailored to their needs.
