About Sophie
My dream was the Olympic Games. I dedicated my life to the sport and it gave me so much!! It shaped me into the person I am today. Sadly I was forced into retirement due to contracting Lyme Disease but my determination I gained from swimming has helped me Be the fighter and campaigner I am today. And I hope to give my students the same experience and skills to set them up too.

My lessons will be about skills inside and outside of the pool. Not only to help swimmers improve their swimming skills but also their life skills. I got my discipline, determination and time management skills all from my swimming coaching from 8-16 years old. And o hope to offer the same service. As I think having these all round skills help your sporting abilities improve to such a greater level.
