About Laura
I am a journalism and public relations college graduate that has always had a heart for teaching English. As an international student, I know what is like to learn a new language and being immersed in a different culture. I have been able to assist teachers in ESL classrooms and had the opportunity to also teach.

My teaching method is mostly conversational, with a focus on grammar and syntax. I want students to be comfortable when speaking in English. Being able to recognize rapidly their mistakes is important, so they can fix them as they go along.
I want students to be able to see English as a hobby more than a chore by linking it to what they like doing (movies/series they like to watch, sports, music, art, etc).
