I am a retired defense officer with extensive experience in leadership, training, mentoring and problem-solving. My professional journey has taught me the importance of discipline, patience, dedication and continuous learning. I enjoy sharing knowledge and helping students develop confidence in their abilities. My approach to teaching focuses on understanding individual learning needs, explaining concepts in a simple and structured manner, and encouraging students to think independently. My classes are designed to make Mathematics simple, interesting and easy to understand. I focus on building strong fundamentals, improving problem-solving skills and developing confidence in every student. My teaching approach includes step-by-step explanations, practical examples, regular practice and individual attention according to each student's learning pace. I encourage students to ask questions freely and understand concepts rather than simply memorising formulas. My aim is to help students improve their academic performance, overcome their fear of Mathematics and develop a strong foundation for future studies. Classes are suitable for students of Classes 5 to 10.
