About Amota
First came to Australia in 2009 to study Economics at the University of Queensland in Brisbane. Economics involved a lot of maths and statistics. I went home (Kiribati) to work as an Economist for two years then I went to do my Masters of Public Policy at the University of Hawaii in Waikiki Honolulu. From Hawaii, I moved to Townsville for my doctorate studies.

Like using real world examples to explain complex topics. I can't let someone move on to another topic until s/he comfortable with current topic. I like using unusual teaching techniques that are not used in everyday classroom or lectures. Passionate about teaching.
