About Jakub
My name is Jakub, I am 31 years old and I am a trained Polish violin teacher. I graduated from the music school in Łódź, Poland in the violin class of Prof. Iwona Wojciechowska with distinction. I studied violin and composition at the Academy of Music in Lodz and received a Masters degree in composition at the University of Music in Dresden. I also have many years of teaching experience.

It is very important for me to make the lessons interesting and attractive so that the students are motivated to continue playing the violin. Apart from the fact that we would follow a violin textbook, I would like to make the lessons interesting and accessible for the students and teach them to play their favorite songs and, if interested, even try to promote free improvisation. In this way, students can develop their musicality while working on their technique. Thanks to this approach, I hope to convey the fun of learning this special instrument.
