About Sandra
My first approach to Yoga in 2001 embarked me on a continuous learning experience that took me to travel between India and Mexico for many years. I got certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa (India), Prenatal & Postnatal (USA) and Solar Yoga (Mexico). Because of my travels I taught in different countries like India, Mexico, England and USA, this allowed me to understand that Yoga flows better when it’s adjusted to the practitioner’s needs. In 19 years of experience I realized I change all the time depending on the experiences that I’m living in the moment, my emotions, thoughts and feelings are integral to understand myself so I can find a balanced and healthy life.

Intuitive Yoga is a style that creates a different practice everyday, we’ll do that together by understanding your emotions, thoughts and feelings of your present moment. This way every class will go accordingly with what you are experiencing in your reality. After so many years of teaching and practice I realized that we need to find a healthier and more balanced life through integrating all of what we are. To achieve wholesome integration we need to see all the parts of ourselves, and those are: body, thoughts, emotions, feelings, energy and spirit. This class is only for those who want to delve deep into knowing themselves in the light and in the shadow, the conscious and unconscious.....

Sandra has been my yoga teacher for more than 10 years now, and she has truly changed my life. Her motivation is to help people, hence why she is so passionate and dedicated to each and every student she has. Taking classes with her is not one of the best investments one can make, it is the biggest gift you can give yourselves!

I have been taken yoga clases from Sandy for about 6 years. The latest 2 have been online due to covid, her classes are great she has a way of teaching that even if she is far away I can feel her great energy and the explanation of the exercises is so precise is like she is there in the room. Sandy also is a woman who constantly studies and grows as a human being and that she includes in her classes so you will have so much more than a yoga class it is a space for you to know yourself, to feel better and to grow. Personnaly Sandy has been there for me in the most important moments of my life sharing her light and I feel very blessed and gratefull to have her in my life.
