About Luisa
I am an international student from South America currently pursuing a degree in the US. I have learned a second language on my own, and as a student I tried to look for all the different methods and best ways to learn until I finally reached my goal. Spanish being my native language and English my second one makes it easier to understand the complexity of different dialects around the globe and which methods go best when learning a specific language.

I am a big believer learning a new language its about having fun while doing so. I self taught myself English and did so by using my hobbies and things I love to do and switch them to the language I want to learn.
Learning a language goes beyond memorizing infinite grammar rules that at the end of the day do no even apply to daily basis life. One must of course learn how to properly structure said language, however it is advantageous to use skills such as hearing and speaking to move further on the learning process.
Videos, music, podcasts, newspapers and magazines are ways in which learning is possible if it is done eagerly and taking advantage of proper resources.
My philosophy for language learning is to approach it by using it on a daily life routine that can even start at home
