About Josephine
I’m a northerner living in the south for my love of sport. I’m outgoing, approachable and love being part of a team. My aim is to inspire others and allow them to find their sport and ignite passion for it. I am an English studies graduate and also qualified level 2 rowing coach and level 1 swim teacher.

My teaching approach is to first and foremost have fun and allow others to express themselves. My aim is to build others confidence and to allow them to enjoy what they are doing. For me enjoyment is the biggest factor and it’s what has kept me so passionate about rowing for so long.
