About Janhavi
I am an international gymnast having an experience of more than 14yrs in the field.
I would like to share my knowledge with as many people as possible. Gymnastics is not just a sport it is the mother of all games as it helps you improve your body and mind coordination, reflexes,balance, flexibility, agility,strength, and a lot more it also helps you develop each and every muscle in your body. Gymnastics is something if you start at an early age would you would benefit a lot and even if you start later it'll still be beneficial. In my classes you'll get to learn with proper technique and guidance.

Achivements related to Rhythmic gymnastics :
2017: 1st International Emirates Cup held at dubai - received a silver medal.
2017: Mayor Cup Championship held at Jalgaon received a silver medal
2016: SPPU - Participated in Nationals held at Amritsar
2016: State Gymnastics Championship held at Jalgaon- received a silver medal.
2016:SPPU-inter collegiate pune city zone held at pravranagar- received 5 bronze medal and secured all round 3rd place.
2016: 27th Rhythmic Gymnastics State Championship held at thane- received a bronze medal.
2015: 26th Rhythmic Gymnastics State Championship held at Vengurla participated and was a judge for the competition.
2014: Rhythmic gymnastics district Championship received 5 gold medals and secured all round 1st place.
2014: 25th Rhythmic Gymnastics state championship Jalgaon-received 5 gold medals and secured 1st place all round.
2014: 24rd Rhythmic Gymnastics National Championship Thane-received a gold medal.
2013: 24th Rhythmic Gymnastics State Championship Andheri- received a gold medal.
2012: 23rd Rhythmic Gymnastics State Championship Nanded was a jugde for the competition.
2012: Rhythmic Gymnastics District Championship-received 5 silver medals and secured 2nd place all round.
2011: 22nd Rhythmic Gymnastics State Championship participated and was a judge for the competition.

2015: 14th Aerobic Gymnastics Mayor Cup Championship, Chembur received 2 bronze medals in I.W and Trio events.
2014: 14th Aerobic Gymnastics State Championship, Nashik secured 1st place all round and received a gold medal.
2013: 13th Aerobic Gymnastics State Championship,Sangli- received a bronze medal and judged the competition.

In my classes you'll get to learn and have fun at the same time. My sessions would be student focused and would encourage you to do your best resulting in better mind and body connection, coordination, balance , flexibility and much more.
The format of my session:
Duration-1hr
The session will be divided into 3 parts first the warm-up, second the element specific exercises and techniques and third cool down.
These sessions are for kids above the age of 4yrs and adults(no age limit)
