About Veronica
I have always had a passion for learning and have received some life-changing support from tutors I have gone to back home. They really helped me when I was having a hard time and gave me the boost I needed. I became a tutor because I love working with kids and also understand how important this work is! I want to get to know you and have fun, while making sure you grow as a person.

My method of teaching is to understand each child's strengths and weaknesses to find the best ways of conveying information to them. Getting to know your child is extremely important and will help them thrive. I bring a positive and encouraging energy, while making sure that we are accomplishing our goals in a timely manner. In our first 'get to know your child' meeting, I will gain a better understanding of what they need from me. I will then create a lesson plan based on the amount of times a week/duration they need. The typical length of a lesson can range between 30 mins - 1 hour. I have received almost perfect grades from both my high school, home university and my time so far at University of New South Wales. I have tutored kids of all ages from 8 - 16, and feel confident in subjects like math, English and science.
