About Sergio
Although cooking has always been my passion, at the age of 18 I started working in construction and did so for 23 years. In my 20's I studied Italian cuisine. In my 30s, pastry and charcuterie. And although I cooked for my environment, it was not until the start of the Pandemic that I dedicated myself to cooking for fear that my passion would not be well paid. How wrong was I! I started my own restaurant and it just kept growing. I opened branches in my country and recently traveled to Cancun to open a business there. I want to teach that passion and things well done are ALWAYS paid and above all they make you happy!

I started cooking at home as a child. Then I went to cooking schools. And I also worked in several restaurants. Combining my knowledge and experience, I have designed classes for young people or people with no previous experience so that they find it pleasant and lose their fear of cooking. It can also be aimed at professionals who want to perfect a recipe or technique.
