About Gemma
My name is Gemma and I have just graduated. I love being able to teach other people to see them grow and gain confidence in their newly learnt or improved skills. As well as languages, I also have many other interests such as singing, dancing and travelling. I'm sure we can discuss some of our hobbies when we get to meet.
After previously living in Spain for just under 2 years my Spanish has improved greatly which I hope this experience adds to my clients learning experience.
Previously I have helped lower years at University and my cousins at school with their language skills, so I am looking forward to branch out to new people and improve their language skills too.

Ensuring my client can get the best out of my teaching is of upmost importance, therefore adapting to the clients specific needs is key. In languages I believe it is important to approach learning in a practical way alongside theory. After years of learning languages at school I struggled to maintain and fully understand the language. However, in my teaching I like to make learning fun but engaging. After living in Spain myself I have found my skills in the language have greatly improved and gives me extended knowledge on Spanish culture and language.
I am looking to teach clients of any age with any degree of Spanish knowledge. You may want to improve your conversational skills, gain extra help for exams or learn a new language. I hope I can be of assistance to you.
Lesson time will depend on my client and their age, however, I generally teach a lesson for 45 minutes to an hour.
