About Tasmin
I am a passionate student in teaching and strive to create lessons that are fun but ensure that learners will achieve all the necessary content.
I am in my final year of my teaching degree and have taught in four different schools in my teaching practicals and through volunteering at schools. I have taught a variety of learning disabilities, grades and learning levels through my teaching experiences.
I have taught well over 30 formal and informal lessons taught and by end of the year I would have cover approximately a total of 45 lessons.

I strive to create a learning atmosphere that allows children to feel safe to explore their weaknesses, grow their confidence in those subjects and create an excitement for learning.
I have experience teaching a variety of learners in mainstream schools and Deaf schools. I ensure that every lesson is catered to the learners specific focus areas and their learning needs. I use different teaching strategies and ensure they are well suited to the learning style of the student.
I can teach in both English and conversational SASL. I am open to teaching grades 4 to 7, but can tutor high school English and Life Orientation as well.
