The needs and welfare of the individual learner is of central importance. Both duty and compassion informs my decisions. When teaching my students I plan and implement a variety of teaching methods to emphasize engaged learning, communication, literacy, numeracy, collaboration and problem solving through a range of technologies.
I base my classes on being positive, prepared, organized, clear, active, patient and fair.
I approach each topic by identifying the objectives I want my students to meet as part of the curriculum.
