About CHAITANYA
I have completed my Yoga Teachers Training Course (200-hour TTC) from Sivananda International in Uttarkashi, India in October 2023. The certificate is recognized by the Indian Yoga Association (IYA) and I am a professional member of the IYA. I am a Certified Breath Coach from yogabody.com.
My corporate life of 16 years working for TCS, Axis Bank, Deloitte and Citigroup, decade long coping with lower back pain and sciatica with activity and postural modifications and the recovery from my surgery through rehab to return stronger gives me the unique ability and perspective to help others in similar circumstances. I know and have used natural supplements which help with stress, anxiety and sleep.
I have created a website dealing with all things health like sleep, hydration, nutrition, exercise, mental health, stress and anxiety, work life harmony, breathing, ergonomics. All the information provided is research backed from medical journals like Nature, The Lancet, WHO, and other respected organizations. I have also included my experiential knowledge as a health and fitness enthusiast across a decade. Most of this information is freely available in the blogs if you wish to incorporate the principles of wellness in your life.

I know over a 100 core exercises of varying difficulty that I learnt as part of my rehab after lumbar fusion surgery. I have myself lost 14 kgs over a year through dietary changes and increased my water intake from mere 1.5 liters a day to 3.5 liters a day.
