About Mak
Hi! My name is Mak and I am pursuing an Integrated Master's degree in Physics at Durham University. I was born in Canada and moved to the UK in 2022 to pursue my studies, and have loved every moment since. Throughout my studies, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for how concepts in maths and physics come together to solve real-world problems. I want to teach because I know how challenging these subjects can feel at times, and I believe that with the right approach, anyone can understand them. My goal is to make learning less intimidating and more engaging by breaking concepts down into simple, clear steps. I also want to help students build confidence in their problem-solving skills so they can tackle challenges independently.
