About Ashley
My name is Ashley, I am RYT-200 graduate from Kindness Yoga in Denver as well as trained by the Body Wise Foundation and Passion Yoga as a trauma-informed yoga instructor. My passion for movement brought me to this practice 8 years ago. What I fell in love with was the components of yoga that allowed me to be introspective and shed the layers that no longer served me. I believe yoga is a constant practice and there are consistent opportunities for growth and self-study. Additionally, I am a social worker and most passionate about trauma work through movement-based practices. What you might experience in a class with me is a vinyasa styled class, aimed at increasing self-confidence and introspection. This is done by building up a strong foundation of poses balanced with mindfulness components. I will meet you where you are at and provide you with the opportunity to tailor the class to what you need in your body and mind. I provide a warm and compassionate environment!
How I define my integrated experience.
My behavioral choices can impact yours. Yet, the only behavior you can control is your own.
Every experience I encounter teaches me about the duality of surrendering and holding on, loving more deeply, appreciating more, and living more fully. I grow only when I'm living in alignment and integrating my values of connection, creativity, and independence. To be human means to ebb and flow through these experiences. This moment is my perfect place to be because I choose it to be not because it is.

I love Ashley's classes and the warm, positive environment she creates in which to grow your practice. Ashley's genuine nature is evident as she guides you on your yoga journey. I leave her classes both relaxed and full of positive energy. She is everything you want in a yoga instructor!
Ashley is an amazing yoga instructor not only is she great at making you feel welcome and comfortable she also takes the time to make sure you understand the poses. She's always looking for ways to enhance her sessions for her students and taking classes herself to build on her craft. I couldn't think of a better teacher that truly cares about her students and providing a stress free environment.
Ashley has a very positive attitude and energy. She is passionate about sharing her yogic knowledge with others and allowing each student an opportunity to experience a new level of personal awareness.
